Artichoke Rosemary Hummus

I'm a huge lover of dips-- especially hummus. My mom makes this delicious hummus and I had to share it! It's her creamy artichoke rosemary hummus. Not only is it packed with nutritional value but it is also suuuuper easy to make. Hope you all love it as much as me. x

You'll need:
- a food processor/ blender
- 2 garlic cloves
- one 15-ounce can drained chick peas
-one 15-ounce can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup tahini
-1/4 cup lemon juice
-olive oil (until smooth)
- 1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon cumin
-2 stalks chopped rosemary
- handful parsley

-blend your garlic, chick peas, artichokes, than, lemon, water, salt, and cumin in a food
processor. Puree till smooth. Add olive oil to get the smooth texture you
prefer. Garnish with some more olive oil, paprika, and fresh parsley (optional). Serve with
